About the report
The State of Reputation: Panorama of Reviews in the Bar and Restaurant Sector is an exclusive and unprecedented study, carried out in partnership between Harmo and Abrasel (Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants), an entity that works on the development of the food sector in Brazil.
This survey evaluated more than 3,000 brands in the segment, making it the largest online review study in Brazil for this sector. We collected and analyzed 220,000 reviews published between January and December 2024 on Google Business Profile, which express customers' experiences and opinions in both quantitative and qualitative terms.
This report is an essential tool for managers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals, helping to transform businesses and promote increasingly appropriate and personalized customer experiences.
