In February 2023, Panvel, a giant in the pharmaceutical retail sector with over 600 stores in 4 states, began a transformative journey with Harmo. The partnership, which started with 419 units, expanded to encompass 606 stores in the network in less than a year, in March 2024.

In July 2023, the company launched a pilot project involving 210 stores, focused on optimizing digital presence and engagement with the local audience. This project was supported by a series of initiatives, including five in-person training sessions with store teams, as well as remote training.
