On April 15th, Google's headquarters in São Paulo hosted an event that went beyond an awards ceremony. The Reputation Awards 2026 brought together leaders, managers, and executives from the largest networks in Brazil to recognize something that is still underestimated by many: the strategic role of digital reputation in business results.
The second edition of the award was bigger than ever — 13 categories, hundreds of brands evaluated, and a clear criterion: those who get the most out of the Harmo Platform reap the rewards.
What happened on the day
The morning began with registration and networking, setting the tone for what was to come: exchange, connection, and lots of conversation about the future of the relationship between brands and consumers.
The official opening marked the beginning of a new phase for Harmo. On stage, the presentation of the brand's new positioning, from a reputation management platform to a Drive-to-Storeintelligence infrastructure, and the launch of FloraAI, the AI Agent natively integrated into the Harmo Platform, across all functionalities and screens. Harmo becomes the first platform in the segment to launch an AI Agent in this way, transforming reputation into a measurable and scalable asset. It was the highlight of the morning.
Subsequently, an exclusive Google keynote delved deeper into the strategies for Google Business Profile, reinforcing the central role of local searches in consumer decision-making.
The panel on the digital ecosystem provided a space to discuss connectivity and partnerships, followed by a sector-specific panel with ABRASEL, which offered a macro-level perspective on the challenges and opportunities of the national food market.
The event concluded with a presentation by Eduardo Terra on the Future of Retail, connecting consumer behavior trends with the growing importance of digital reputation as a competitive differentiator.

The most anticipated moment of the morning was the announcement of the Top One Reputation Awards 2026, a title that recognizes the brand that has most excelled in applying the Harmo methodology. The award went to Confiança Supermercados, which stood out for its consistent results across all evaluated dimensions.
What do these results say about the market?
Looking at the winners, a pattern becomes clear: brands from completely different segments, from food service to entertainment, from pharmaceutical retail to tourism, share the same stance regarding customer reviews.
They respond. They monitor. They use feedback as management input, not as a customer service problem.
This is the central point of the Reputation Awards: it's not about recognizing who has the most reviews, but who knew how to organize the system and transform each interaction with the customer into a flow for the store.
In a scenario where consumers search on Google before making any purchase decision, a unit's rating, response speed, and the volume of positive reviews are no longer vanity metrics. Today, they are direct conversion factors.
The data from the winners themselves confirms this. Brands that consistently applied the Harmo Platform's Drive to Store methodology recorded significant increases in route conversion, website traffic, and order volume—results that no single campaign delivers with the same consistency.
Until the next edition
The Reputation Awards grow every year because the subject matter demands it. As consumers become more demanding and more informed, knowing how to use the right data to generate traffic is no longer a differentiator, it's a requirement.
The brands that best applied the methodology and organized the system were the ones that reaped the best results and went up on stage.
See you in 2027.
